Anderslavian Armed Forces Officer's Academy

Basically a proposition for testing the skill, talent, and leadership of Anderslavia's officers. What I'm proposing is a sort of OCS (Officer Candidate School) for people who want to apply to become officers in the AAF and it's extensive branches. In the past I know ranking up was based on how active you were and favoritism. However, I know a majority loath what EvilPotatoes and Tygreenfield did, and they were the biproducts of the old clan system.

What I'm suggesting is a break from the conventional old standards of clans. Dear Leader has always wanted to be different from other clans, and I think this is the perfect advantage for us to become 'different' while at the same time helping our officers. I know it's a hassle when we have ten colonels and only two lieutenants as the past showed, so I think this would be better for singling out potential candidates of leadership and only promoting those who truely show the qualities as opposed to activity.

This is a great idea. I highly approve of this.
