Anderslavian Lead Coalition

I'd like to express the idea of a military coalition headed by Anderslavia for us to clump any future close allies in so there can be closer ties between strategic military defense that benefit all inside the coalition.

This was Dear Leader's idea for when we became active.

The idea should be pursued further if we're continuing developments.
