Department Heads for Launch

The Prophet got to thinking that AAF could implement a different sort of high ranking system than the majority of clans use. Most clans use a SiC or council to cover what they do, but he Prophet believes that Dear Leader could assign Department Heads who would be responsible for different tasks within AAF. They do act as sort of a council for Dear Leader if Dear Leader feels the need to be democratic or draw ideas, but they each get their own jobs.

Examples would be the Department of Training, Department of Propaganda, Department of Diplomacy, etc. However, I would only suggest we keep it in limited numbers and perhaps assign multiple departments to one person.

As for rank, I guess they can be envoys, because they are still technically envoys of the people as department heads,

can i be head of the SCP department (the department that "takes care of" the oddities.
