As to the military decorations

The Prophet believes that an award called 'The Hero of Anderslavia' should be awarded to those comrades who go above beyond the call of Dear Leader to accomplish their objectives. The Prophet believes this should be an actual unit component, with a 'special' uniform including a medal and some sort of insiginia to distinguish this proud Anderslavian for the work they have done.

I believe Comrades should get a ribbon for anything heroic at Rybak. So, get over a certain amounts of kills whilst having a low death score. Connecting the terminal back up several times. (doesn't have to be in the same raid.) Raid winner one. etc.

This will give people something to aim towards and fight better.

i like black's idea. I was thinking something like that but in training you can get ribbon for trying your best to get promoted.But comrades with a promotion can't get one (this will hopefully drag more low level ranks in training.)
